Malvan | Bureau News :The Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Mr. Narayan Rane informed about a training centre with Rs 200 Crores aid in the district of Sindhudurg district under aegis of his ministry. He stated that he wanted Sindhudurg to be financially strong through tourism and industry. He emphasised that the identity of Sindhudurg needed a change without being dependent on the money-orders coming from Mumbai. For that, entrepreneurs would be required.
He urged the youth to follow example of a girl in northern India who started a business cultivating the same standard of mushrooms grown in the United States. He made everyone aware that there were 6.5 lakhs of different industries under his ministry and urged potential entrepreneurs to utilise the opportunity of generating employment in the district.
He further added that financial stability would bring upliftment in the quality of life of Sindhudurg’s people. He said his vision was to make entrepreneurs in the district out of gratitude towards the people who showed faith and showered blessings on him so far. He was confident that such training camps would bring about positive change in Sindhudurg which is rich with natural scenic locations.
Entrepreneurship Development Training Camp was organized by the Ministry of MSMEs for setting up industries in Konkan under the guidance of Union Minister for MSMEs Narayan Rane. The main objective was to create new industries for the potential entrepreneurs and unemployed youth in Konkan region.
